Applicants on our Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting list, now have the opportunity to register their interest in Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Properties.
The PBV program offers rental assistance that is tied to units within designated properties.
This program provides an excellent opportunity for stable, affordable housing with various amenities and supportive services.
How to Register:
- Visit our website https://www.hialeahhousing.org/ and navigate to the Forms section.
- Complete the PBV Interest Form available online. Ensure all required fields are filled out accurately.
- Submit the form electronically.
Applicants that are active on the 2024 Tenant-Based waiting list may register their interest for PBV assistance.
Registration is optional and does not change one's position on the 2024 Tenant-Based waiting list.
