Monday - Week 1

  • 1 each Orange

Tuesday - Week 1

  • 3 ounces Lomo Salteado
  • 1/2 cup Black Beans & Rice
  • 1/2 cup Capri Blend Vegetables
  • 1 slice Whole Wheat Roll
  • 1 tablespoon Margarine
  • 1 each Banana
  • 8 ounces 1% Milk

Wednesday - Week 1

  • 1 cup Split Pea Soup with Ham and Chorizo
  • 5 ounces Tamal en Hoja
  • 2 ounces Shredded Pork
  • 1/2 cup White Rice
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 1/2 cup Mandarin Oranges in Juice
  • 8 ounces 1% Milk

Thursday - Week 1

  • 1 cup Ajiaco Soup
  • 3 ounces Ropa Vieja (Shredded Beef with Pepper and Onion)
  • 3/4 cup White Rice
  • 1/2 cup Green Beans

Friday - Week 1

  • 1 cup Cream of Malanga Soup
  • 4 ounces Tuna
  • 1/2 cup Lettuce & Tomato
  • 1 each WW Hamburger Bun
  • 1 each Fresh Banana

Saturday - Week 1

  • Italian sub (1 ounce Ham, 1 ounce Salami, 1/2 ounce Provolone) on a Hamburger Bun
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Dressing
  • 1 cup Lettuce with 3 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 each Pear
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Pudding

Sunday - Week 1

Wednesday - Week 2

  • 1 cup Black Bean Soup
  • 3 ounces Shredded Pork
  • 1/2 cup White Rice
  • 1/2 cup Capri Vegetables
  • 1 each Fresh Banana

Thursday - Week 2

  • 1 cup Red Bean Soup
  • 3 ounces Turkey Picadillo a la Guajira with Raisins, Potatoes & Olives
  • 1/2 cup White Rice
  • 1/2 cup Peas & Carrots
  • 1 each Fresh Peach or Plum Fruit
  • 8 ounces 1% Milk

Friday - Week 2

  • 8 ounces Paella with Fish, Shrimp & Crab
  • 1/2 cup Boiled Boniato
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Vegetables

  • 1/2 cup Natilla with Cinnamon

Saturday - Week 2

  • 1 each Sandwich (2 ounces Turkey, 1/2 ounce Provolone Cheese) on Whole Wheat Hamburger Bun
  • 1 packet of Mayo
  • 1 package of Potato Chip
  • 1 each 5.5 ounces V8 Juice
  • 1/2 cup Fruit Mix in Juice

Sunday - Week 2

  • 1 each Cuban Sandwich (3 ounces Pork, Ham & Swiss Cheese)
  • 1 packet of Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Three Bean Salad
  • 1 package of Plantain Chips
  • 1/2 cup Fortified Orange Juice

  • 3/4 cup Galician Soup (White Beans, Turnips, Cabbage, & Potato)
  • 4 ounces Chicken Fricassee with Potatoes, Olives, Peppers & Onions
  • 1/2 cup White Rice
  • 1/2 cup Oven Fried Plantains

Tuesday - Week 3

  • 1/2 cup Black Bean Soup
  • 3 ounces Shredded Roast Pork in 1 ounce of Garlic Sauce
  • 1/2 cup White Rice
  • 1/2 cup Yuca with Mojo
  • 1 each Orange
  • 8 ounces 1% Milk

Wednesday - Week 3

  • 4 ounces Carne con Papas
  • 1/2 cup Brown Rice
  • 1/2 cup Boiled Cabbage
  • 3/4 ounces Plantain Chips
  • 4 ounces Yogurt with Berries
  • 8 ounces 1% Milk

Thursday - Week 3

  • 7 ounces Imperial Rice (2 and a half ounces Shredded chicken, 1/2 ounce Mozzarella Cheese, 1/2 cup Yellow Rice)

Wednesday - Week 4

  • 3 ounces BBQ Chicken Leg Quarter
  • 1/2 cup Mashed Potato with Skin
  • 1/2 cup California Blend Vegetables
  • 1/2 cup Arroz con Leche
  • 1 each Fresh Pear
  • 8 ounces 1% Milk

Thursday - Week 4

  • 1 cup Chicken Noodle Soup
  • 10 ounces Turkey Lasagna (2 ounces Ground Turkey, 1 ounce Mozzarella Cheese and 3/4 cup Pasta with 1 ounce tomato sauce)
  • 1 cup Italian Blend Vegetables

Friday - Week 4
