Week 1 Effective: July 21, 2025

Monday - Week 1

  • 1 cup Red Bean Soup
  • 3 ounces Lemon Pepper Roasted Chicken
  • ½ cup White Rice
  • ½ cup Oven Baked Plantains
  • 1 each Orange
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Tuesday - Week 1

  • 3 oz. Lomo Salteado
  • 1/2 cup Red Beans and Rice
  • ½ cup Lettuce, Tomato and Carrot Salad
  • 1 T. Lite Dressing
  • 1 each WW Roll
  • 1 each Banana
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Wednesday - Week 1

  • 1 cup Split Pea Soup with Ham and Chorizo
  • 5 ounces Tamal en Hoja
  • 2 oz Shredded Pork
  • ½ cup White Rice
  • ½ cup Mixed Vegetables.
  • ½ cup Mandarin Oranges in Juice.
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Thursday - Week 1

  • 1 cup Ajiaco Soup
  • 3 ounces Ropa Vieja (Shredded Beef with pepper and onion)
  • ½ cup Brown Rice
  • 1 cup Spinach with 4/each Cherry Tomato Salad
  • 1 tsp. Lite Dressing
  • 1 each WW Roll
  • ½ cup Pineapple Delight
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Friday - Week 1

  • 1 cup Cream of Malanga Soup
  • 4 ounces Tuna
  • ½ cup Lettuce and Tomato
  • 1 each WW Hamburger Bun
  • 1 each Fresh Banana
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Week 2 Effective: July 28, 2025
Monday - Week 2

  • 1 cup Garbanzo Soup
  • 2 each Fish Croquettes
  • ½ cup White Rice
  • ½ cup Calabaza with Olive Oil and Onions
  • 1 each oranges
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Tuesday - Week 2

  • ¾ cup Plantain Soup
  • 3 ounces Roasted Chicken Leg Quarter with Mojo
  • ½ cup Brown Rice
  • ½ cup Marinated tomato, Onion Salad
  • 1 ounce Plantain Chip
  • 1 each Fresh Tangerine
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Wednesday - Week 2

  • 1 cup Black Bean Soup
  • 3 ounces Shredded Pork
  • ½ cup White Rice
  • ½ cup Spinach Salad with 3 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 TSP Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 each Orange
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Thursday - Week 2

  • 1 cup Red Bean Soup
  • 3 ounces Turkey Picadillo a la Guajira (Pot., Olives & Raisins)
  • Potatoes and Olives
  • ½ cup White Rice
  • ½ cup Lettuce, Tomato and Carrot Salad
  • 1 Tablespoon Lite Salad Dressing
  • 1 each Peach or Plum
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Friday - Week 2

  • 3 ounces Enchilado de Pescado
  • ½ cup White Rice
  • ½ cup Boiled Boniato
  • ½ cup Mixed Green Salad
  • 1 Tablespoon Lite Dressing
  • 1 each Banana
  • ½ cup Natilla w/ Cinnamon
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Week 3 Effective: August 4, 2025
Monday - Week 3

  • ¾ cup Galician Soup (White Beans, Turnips, Cabbage and Potato)
  • 4 ounces Chicken Fricassee with Potatoes, Olives, Peppers and Onions
  • ½ cup White rice
  • ½ cup Oven Fried Plantains
  • ½ cup Applesauce
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Tuesday - Week 3

  • ½ cup Red Bean Soup
  • 3 ounces Shredded Roast Pork in 1 ounce Garlic Sauce
  • ½ cup White Rice
  • ½ cup Yucca w/ Mojo
  • 1 each Fresh Orange
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Wednesday - Week 3

  • 4 ounces Carne con Papas
  • ½ cup Brown Rice
  • 1 cup Lettuce, Tomato and Carrot Salad
  • 1 Teaspoon French Dressing
  • ¾ ounce Plantain Chips
  • 4 ounces Yogurt with Berries
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Thursday - Week 3

  • 7 ounces Imperial Rice (2½ ounces Shredded Chicken, ½ ounce Mozzarella Cheese (send separate) and ½ cup Yellow Rice)
  • ½ cup Boiled Calabaza
  • 1 cup Spring Mix with Cucumber Salad with 
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Dressing
  • 1 each Fresh Pear
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Friday - Week 3

  • ¾ cup Tamal en Cazuela
  • 3 ounces Picadillo a la Guajira 
  • ½ cup Fried Plantains
  • ½ cup Green Bean and Onion Salad
  • 1 each Guava Pastry
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Week 4 Effective: July 14, 2025

  • 3 ounces Masitas de Puerco
  • ½ cup White Rice
  • ½ cup Marinated tomato, Broccoli and Onion Salad
  • 1 each Papaya Slice
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Tuesday - Week 4

  • 2,5 ounces Pepper Steak
  • 1 Cup Oriental Rice
  • ½ cup Green Beans
  • 1 Each WW Roll
  • ½ cup Banana
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Wednesday - Week 4

  • 3 ounces BBQ Chicken Leg Quarter
  • ½ cup Mashed Potato with Skin
  • ½ cup California Blend Vegetables
  • ½ cup Arroz con Leche
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Thursday - Week 4

  • 1 cup Chicken Noodle Soup
  • 10 oz Turkey Lasagna (2 ounces Ground Turkey, ¾ cup Pasta with 1 ounce tomato sauce, and 1 ounce Mozzarella cheese (Send Separately))
  • ½ cup Caesar Salad
  • 1 Tablespoon Light Caesar Dressing
  • ½ cup Pineapple in Juice
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Friday - Week 4

  • 1 cup Lentil Soup
  • 1 each Aji Relleno (3 ounces Ground Beef, ½ cup Green Pepper)
  • ½ cup White Rice
  • ½ cup Boiled Boniato
