Week 1 Effective: July 20, 2026

Monday - Week 1

  • 1 cup Red Bean Soup
  • 3 ounces Lemon Pepper Roasted Chicken
  • 1/2 cup White Rice
  • 1/2 cup Oven Baked Plantains
  • 1 each Orange
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Tuesday - Week 1

  • 3 oz. Lomo Salteado
  • 1/2 cup Red Beans and Rice
  • 1/2 cup Lettuce, Tomato and Carrot Salad
  • 1 tablespoon Lite Dressing
  • 1 each Whole Wheat Roll
  • 1 each Banana
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Wednesday - Week 1

  • 1 cup Split Pea Soup with Ham and Chorizo
  • 5 ounces Tamal en Hoja
  • 2 oz Shredded Pork
  • 1/2 cup White Rice
  • 1/2 cup Marinated Tomato, Broccoli and Onion Salad
  • 1/2 cup Mandarin Oranges in Juice.
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Thursday - Week 1

  • 1 cup Ajiaco Soup
  • 3 ounces Ropa Vieja (Shredded Beef with pepper and onion)
  • 1/2 cup White Rice
  • 1/2 cup Romaine Salad with 4 each Cherry Tomato and Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon Lite Dressing
  • 1 each Whole Wheat Roll
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Delight
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Friday - Week 1

  • 1 cup Cream of Malanga Soup
  • 4 ounces Tuna
  • 1/2 cup Lettuce and Tomato
  • 1 each WW Hamburger Bun
  • 1 each Fresh Banana
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Week 2 Effective: July 27, 2026
Monday - Week 2

  • 1 cup Garbanzo Soup
  • 2 each Fish Croquettes
  • 1/2 cup White Rice
  • 1/2 cup Calabaza with Olive Oil and Onions
  • 1 each Orange
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Tuesday - Week 2

  • 3/4 cup Plantain Soup
  • 3 ounces Roasted Chicken Leg Quarter with Mojo
  • 1/4 cup White Rice
  • 1/2 cup Marinated Tomato, Broccoli and Onion Salad
  • 1 ounce Plantain Chip
  • 1 each Fresh Apple
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Wednesday - Week 2

  • 1 cup Black Bean Soup
  • 3 ounces Shredded Pork
  • 1/2 cup White Rice
  • 1/2 cup Spinach Salad with 3 Cherry Tomatoes and Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 each Fresh Banana
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Thursday - Week 2

  • 1 cup Red Bean Soup
  • 3 ounces Turkey Picadillo a la Guajira with Raisins, Potatoes & Olives
  • 1/2 cup White Rice
  • 1/2 cup Lettuce, Tomato and Carrot Salad
  • 1 tablespoon Lite Dressing
  • 1 each Peach or Plum
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Friday - Week 2

  • 8 ounces Paella with Fish, Shrimp & Crab
  • 1/2 cup Boiled Boniato
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Green Salad
  • 1 tablespoon Lite Dressing
  • 1 each Banana
  • 1/2 cup Natilla with Cinnamon
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Week 3 Effective: August 3, 2026
Monday - Week 3

  • 3/4 cup Galician Soup (White Beans, Turnips, Cabbage and Potato)
  • 4 ounces Chicken Fricassee with Potatoes, Olives, Peppers and Onions
  • 1/2 cup White rice
  • 1/2 cup Oven Fried Plantains
  • 1 each Fresh Apple
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Tuesday - Week 3

  • 1/2 cup Black Bean Soup
  • 3 ounces Shredded Roast Pork in 1 ounce Garlic Sauce
  • 1/2 cup White Rice
  • 1/2 cup Yucca with Mojo
  • 1 each Fresh Orange
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Wednesday - Week 3

  • 4 ounces Carne con Papas
  • 1/2 cup White Rice
  • 1 cup Lettuce, Tomato, Carrot and Chick Pea Salad
  • 1 teaspoon French Dressing
  • 3/4 ounce Plantain Chips
  • 4 ounces Yogurt with Berries
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Thursday - Week 3

  • 7 ounces Imperial Rice (2 and a half ounces of Shredded Chicken, 1/2 ounce Mozzarella Cheese (send separate) and 1/2 cup Yellow Rice)
  • 1/2 cup Boiled Calabaza
  • 1/2 cup Spring Mix with Cucumber Salad 
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Dressing
  • 1 each Fresh Pear
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Friday - Week 3

  • 3/4 cup Tamal en Cazuela
  • 3 ounces Picadillo a la Guajira 
  • 1/2 cup Fried Plantains
  • 1/2 cup Green Bean and Onion Salad
  • 1 each Guava Pastry
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Week 4 Effective: August 10, 2026
Monday - Week 4

  • 1/2 cup White Rice
  • 1/2 cup Marinated tomato, Broccoli and Onion Salad
  • 1 each Papaya Slice
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Tuesday - Week 4

  • 2.5 ounces Pepper Steak
  • 1 cup Oriental Rice
  • ½ cup Green Beans
  • 1 each Whole Wheat Roll
  • 1 each Banana
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Wednesday - Week 4

  • 3 ounces BBQ Chicken Leg Quarter
  • 1/2 cup Mashed Potato with Skin
  • 1/2 cup California Blend Vegetables
  • 1/2 cup Arroz con Leche
  • 1 each Fresh Pear
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Thursday - Week 4

  • 1 cup Chicken Noodle Soup
  • 10 ounces Turkey Lasagna (2 ounces Ground Turkey, 3/4 cup Pasta with 1 ounce tomato sauce, and 1 ounce Mozzarella cheese (Send Separately))
  • 1/2 cup Caesar Salad
  • 1 tablespoon Light Caesar Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple in Juice
  • 8 ounces 1% Low Fat Milk

Friday - Week 4

  • 1 cup Lentil Soup
  • 1 each Aji Relleno (3 ounces Ground Beef, 1/2 cup Green Pepper)
  • 1/2 cup White Rice
  • 1/2 cup Boiled Boniato
  • 1 each Fresh Apple
