Since 1967, the Hialeah Housing Authority has provided safe, dignified, and affordable homes for families and seniors. HHA Development Inc., also known as Open Doors, expands and strengthens that legacy by unlocking funding, partnerships, and development tools that increase long-term access to high-quality affordable housing.
As the philanthropic extension of the Hialeah Housing Authority, Open Doors builds upon decades of public service by broadening access to resources that support community stability, resident well-being, and long-term opportunity. Housing is the starting point, not the finish line. Through programs focused on stability, community support, health, education, and economic mobility, we ensure residents not only have a place to live, but also the tools to grow and thrive.
