Vivian Villas
"Vivian Villas" is a 100 unit Elderly Turnkey Development Project, comprised of 63 efficiencies and 37 one-bedroom units and is located at 4650 West 12th Avenue, Hialeah, Florida. "Vivian Villas" is named in honor of Vivian Hoffman, who was appointed by the Mayor of the City of Hialeah to the first established Board of Commissioner of the Hialeah Housing Authority on February 14, 1967. Mrs. Hoffman was the spouse of Dr. Charles Hoffman, who was appointed as the first Chairman of the Board on February 14, 1967 and thereafter served three consecutive four year terms. The construction of "Vivian Villas" was completed in November of 1971.
