Conventional Housing
In the latter part of 1994, the Hialeah Housing Authority was interested in purchasing additional housing due to the desperate need for low income housing in the Hialeah area. The Hialeah Housing Authority's waiting list was substantial and Palm Centre was listed for sale. This building provided 298 dwelling units plus 56 Commercial Bays.

In November of 1994, the Hialeah Housing Authority was anticipating the purchase of Palm Centre and at that time we began managing the property. In May of 1995, the Hialeah Housing Authority purchased Palm Centre under a Bond Issue for the amount of $14.5 million dollars.
