in the city, the Hialeah Housing Authority purchased Palm Centre a complex containing 298
apartments + 56 Commercial Bays.
The HHA in November of 1994, anticipated the purchase
of Palm Centre began managing the property. In May of 1995, the Hialeah Housing Authority
purchased Palm Centre through a Bond Issue for the amount of $14.5 million dollars.
Palm Centre generates approximately $2,100,000 annual income. The distribution
