The William Lehman Adult Day Care Center is licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). All employees are screened through the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and the Florida Abuse Registry.

The Center provides on a daily basis a program of services and activities individually planned by a trained staff in order to promote and maintain the health and function of participants, both ambulatory and wheelchair bound, providing social and leisure activities to enhance the interaction and communication among participants.

The following services are available for all participants:

• Protective Setting
• Social and Educational Activities
• Memory Reinforcing and Retraining
• Recreation Time Activities
• Rest Periods
• Health Monitoring
• Self Care Training
• Nutritionally balanced meals
• Transportation

Monthly fire drills are conducted with participants and staff.
