| "Hoffman Gardens" is a 200 unit Family Turnkey Development Project, comprised of 34 one bedroom, 76 two bedroom, 72 three bedroom, 14 four bedroom and 4 five bedroom units, and is located at 7650 West 8th Avenue, Hialeah, Florida. "Hoffman Gardens" was named in honor of Doctor Charles Hoffman, who was appointed by the Mayor of the City of Hialeah, as the first Chairman of the Board of Commissioners on February 14, 1967. Thereafter, Doctor Charles Hoffman served three consecutive four year terms. The construction of "Hoffman Gardens" was completed in October of 1971. | ||||||
